Three things, and they overlap more than they look like they should. Every one of them started because something I owned was broken.
Buying, inventory, pricing, point of sale, scheduling, and the payroll data underneath it. This is the unglamorous middle where small retail actually breaks, and I have spent the last several years rebuilding it inside a grocery store from 1972 and a manufacturer from 1979.
Microsoft 365 and identity migrations, network infrastructure across my five sites, and data warehouses that reconcile against the books instead of near them. I have done this at enterprise scale and at the scale of a five-person office. The second one is harder.
Ground-mount photovoltaic, interconnection paperwork, export limiting, remote net metering, and the load analysis that has to come first. About 64 kilowatts across my properties, most recently a 43 kilowatt array in Potsdam.
